A Total Talent Solutions Leader, Doherty will Lead the Organization into Second-generation Ownership through Strategic Workforce Initiatives and Legal Expertise
Doherty Staffing Solutions (DSS), widely recognized as an industry-leading workforce provider of total talent management solutions, has promoted William (Billy) Doherty to President of the company. Doherty also holds the title of Executive Vice President with Dahl Consulting, part of the Doherty family of companies.
Doherty, who previously held multiple prior positions within the group of woman-owned companies, including General Counsel and Executive Vice President, has 15+ years of experience in the workforce solutions and employment services sector. In his new role with DSS, Doherty will focus on strategic oversight of the company’s staffing divisions in all geographic areas, lead the executive teams and implement the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction.
Doherty holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Denver and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. In his free time, Doherty enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and grilling/smoking on his Big Green Egg.
