We are dedicated to providing inclusive work environments for our corporate employees and contract workforce, where they feel welcomed and supported to show up authentically.

Our purpose is to positively impact people’s lives through employment; our entire business revolves around people and relationships. As a family-owned company, we strive to extend the familial tone to everyone we engage with each day. We exist because of the clients, employees, and the communities we serve. These relationships will grow exponentially with the expansion of our diversity and inclusivity strategy, which includes these key elements, and more:

  • Leading with our values, respecting the individual and their unique needs, perspectives, and potential
  • Continuing to engage with diversity-owned partners and suppliers, as well as companies who share our values regarding diversity and inclusion
  • Expanding our community outreach focused on networking, community involvement, and volunteerism
  • Reviewing our job boards and the tools we use for recruiting to ensure we are utilizing the best resources to attract, recruit, and hire a diverse talent pool
  • Creating career paths, including, promotional and development opportunities for our corporate employees
