Work at Doherty Staffing is always exciting. There are a variety of positions available internally as well as externally with the client companies. New positions come in each day and laws are always changing which means we are always learning. The hardest part of the job is the most exciting, which is the fast paced always changing/growing environment. Doherty is focused on personal and professional development and supports multiple learning opportunities for employees.

I have been with the company for 6 years. They are very family-oriented which makes them flexible and understanding when it comes to family and personal life. Management and coworkers are always supportive, and make it a fun environment.

The most enjoyable part about working for Doherty is how much employees are valued by Management. The Doherty Family of Companies offers many different ways to give back to their employees. Some of most fun events have been the annual summer party or team picnics. The culture here is truly something special. I would highly recommend working here if you are interested in a company who values their employees.

The owners truly care about their employees whether they are temporary or full time. The company is looking to the future and making many technology advancements. The people that work at Doherty are the biggest asset and truly are the best in the business!

When you love what you do and who you do it with, work isn’t work. I have never felt more of a team or supportive culture as I do here at Doherty. My team is the best group of people I have ever worked with. We collaborate, pick each other up, and achieve our goals. Staffing can be a rollercoaster, so it helps to have people who make you laugh next to you.

I enjoy the opportunity to meet and help other people in my community. Helping them get jobs to support their family is a great sense of accomplishment. No day here is ever the same. Things are always different and I enjoy the variety. The opportunity for growth is constantly there. The flexibility in my job also provides me with a work-life balance that I need for my schedule outside of work.

No doubt with the current job market, work life can be a little stressful, however making a positive difference in our candidates/employees life’s out ways the stress. Over the 17 years I have worked here I have made life long friends. Management is understanding and offer flexibility when needed. Ownership, Central Services and the advancements in technology are all there to set each of us up for success.
