Applying with Doherty is a breeze!

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of submitting your resume via our Quick Apply and applying directly for a job you’re interested in. You can apply for any job at Doherty in English, Spanish, or Hmong! Plus, find out how to apply in person and what to expect after accepting a job offer.

How do I Quick Apply?

Don’t have a lot of time to job hunt?  Here is how to complete a Quick Apply, which submits your resume to be considered for multiple roles:

  1. On the jobs homepage, click the “Submit Your Resume” button under the “Skip the Search” section.
  2. Enter your personal details and upload your resume on the “Submit Your Resume” page.
  3. Click the “Submit This Information” button at the bottom of the form once completed.
  4. Done! Our team of Employment Experts will be in touch if we have a job opportunity that matches your skills.

How do I apply for a job?

Interested in just one specific job opportunity? Here is how to apply:

  1. From the jobs homepage, select the position you would like to apply for.
  2. Click “Apply Now” in the upper right corner.
  3. To apply through Indeed instead, select “Apply with Indeed” after selecting “Apply Now” to be directed to the external application process and complete the prompts on Indeed.com.
  4. To continue your application on Doherty.jobs, click “Apply Online.”
  5. Enter your personal details, including your work history and education information.
  6. Click the “Submit This Information” button at the bottom of the form once completed.
  7. Done! Our team of Employment Experts will be in touch if we think you’re a match to the role or reach out with other opportunities that are a better fit.

How do I search for a job?

To find the most relevant jobs for you, you can use the following filters to narrow your search :

  • Keyword
  • Location & Radius
  • Job Category
  • Job ID
  • Jobs Office

Doherty also offers a new AI-powered feature called Magic Match, where you can upload your resume and be automatically matched to the best available opportunities based on your skills and experience!

Can I apply in person?

Yes! Visit your local Doherty Staffing Solutions office to complete the necessary employment paperwork, apply, and interview for available jobs. Walk-ins are available during our normal business ours and we have bilingual representatives to assist you! You can also call ahead to schedule an appointment.

All you’ll need to bring is your resume or work history information and two forms of identification (as are acceptable for I-9s). 

What happens after I accept a job opportunity?

After you complete your application and interview, our team may extend one or more a job offers, depending on your skills. After you accept and begin working, we’ll keep in touch to see how your new job is going. Your feedback helps us keep finding the best opportunities for you!
