Our company works with skilled candidates to offer them employment opportunities that fit their talents and earning needs. At Doherty, our people power these essential relationships and act as the connecting element between companies and candidates, fueling both our economy and our purpose in this world.
Over the last 40 years, our company has appreciated the opportunity to connect hundreds of thousands of people with hundreds of companies seeking talent in thousands of communities across the United States. However, with the many additional challenges of 2020, our mission seemed even more essential and we wanted to find a way to make an even bigger impact with those most in need.
Recently, our company partnered with the Doherty Family Foundation and worked with the many groups of people who made the most impact to our business in 2020 to coordinate large monetary donations to the following four charities.
The tremendous feedback we received from this initiative was truly heartwarming. We were overwhelmed with the outpouring of positive comments, from both the people who helped us determine our donation allocation amounts, as well as the individuals at each charity who received the donation.
