Doherty honored with 2014 Minnesota Business Ethics Award
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Doherty is proud to formally announce that our organization has been bestowed a truly high honor. The Minnesota Business Ethics Award™ (MBEA) recognizes Minnesota companies that exemplify the highest standards of ethical behavior and practices.
On May 14, 2014, business leaders gathered on Business Ethics Awareness Day in Minnesota to honor the finalists in 3 different categories: small company (fewer than 100 employees), mid-sized company (100-500 employees) and large (more than 500 employees). Attending the awards luncheon representing Doherty were Lisa Stinespring, Jim Haubrich, Tim Doherty, Billy Doherty, Val Doherty, Eric Berg, and Becky Woods.
In addition to Doherty, recipients of this award in the other categories included Spanlink Communications Group, Minneapolis, MN (Small employer) and Marvin Windows and Doors, Warroad, MN and Restaurant Technologies, St. Paul, MN (Large employers). We are truly honored to be associated with all of these outstanding businesses.
Each MBEA recipient received a crystal award along with a congratulatory letter from Gov. Mark Dayton. Governor Dayton also declared Wednesday, May 14, 2014 Business Ethics Awareness Day in the State of Minnesota.
