Daniel Friker

Dan Friker has been employed with Doherty since 2024. In his role, Dan oversees all revenue-related functions for the company to facilitate holistic integration and total talent solution sales success. Prior to employment at Doherty, Dan previously held positions including CEO at Quess US, Vice President and General Manager at ManpowerGroup, and Director of Strategic Accounts at Experis. He has extensive staffing experience in light industrial, information technology, accounting/finance, on-site, and solution-selling sectors.
Dan holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HR/IR) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as German from the University of Minnesota. A resident of Maple Grove, Minnesota, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter when he’s not strategically advising businesses.
