Referral program

Your participation in the Bonu$e$ On Demand Program (“The Program” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Program, which is sponsored by Doherty Staffing Solutions, Inc. (“Doherty”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate in The Program visit www.Doherty.jobs/refer beginning June 1, 2021, and complete the online referral form to create a StaffingReferrals.com account. Fill in all mandatory fields, including your and your referrals’ names, phone numbers, cities & states, as well as email addresses. Doherty will send an email confirmation from your submission to the email address you provide for yourself. Doherty is not responsible for problems accessing the website, technical or other conditions that disrupt the completion of the online referral, or any other problems which might or might not result from The Program.
2. HOW TO QUALIFY: To qualify for a reward, your referral must be hired by Doherty, placed on assignment by Doherty, accumulate 80 hours of paid employment or be hired directly by a client of Doherty.
3. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Each winner will be notified of their winning referral entry via their associated StaffingReferrals.com account.
4. PRIZE AMOUNT: Doherty will award each winner with a $100 e-gift card bonus which will be delivered via email to each winner within 5-7 business days of validation. A qualified winner must also meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph 6 of these rules. The winners are responsible for all applicable income taxes. All federal, state and local laws apply. A 1099 form may be submitted to all appropriate taxing authorities.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for entry to The Program. These restrictions apply even if you reject the prize. Doherty’s decisions in this regard shall be final. Doherty may discontinue The Program at any time without notice. Doherty may also at any time and without notice change the prizes to be awarded in this Program.
6. RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS: Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility prior to awarding of prize. Each winner (a) agrees to release Doherty from any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding or acceptance of the prize(s), and/or misuse of any prize, or to participation in The Program or in prize-related activities, including any travel related thereto, and (b) consents to the use by Doherty for promotional purposes, of his or her likeness or voice (including photos/video of the winner’s prize awarding) without any additional compensation. By participating in this Program, each participant agrees to the application of these official rules.
7. MISCELLANEOUS: Doherty’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party. Program void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Doherty reserves the right to change the prize values at any time. Doherty is not responsible for printing errors in the Program materials or these rules.
   
   

Your participation in The Program is considered your agreement that Doherty may contact you.

The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable.

By entering The Program each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Doherty, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Program or the acceptance of the Prize.

Doherty reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

Doherty reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Program if, in its sole judgment, The Program is not capable of being conducted as specified.

Doherty reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.

These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota.
