As Vice President at Doherty, Mo is responsible for the growth and operations of various regions. His tenure with Doherty reaches back to September of 2001, when he started as a Service Manager. In his current role, Mo creates and implements successful sales plans to meet and exceed goals each quarter. Mo also designs and executes formal sales training program for Business Development Managers. In addition, he leads, designs and participates in sales presentations for high volume clients and national accounts.
Mo currently holds the position of Section Policy Council Leader for the American Staffing Association. He is an active member and Past President of the Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association. Additionally, Mo is involved with the Riverland Community College Foundation Board, the Liz Moen Scholarship Fund, the Human Rights Commission for the City of Owatonna, the Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism (OACC&T), Rasmussen College Curriculum Advisory Board (Mankato, MN) and a guest speaker on the subject of Islam and Muslims in America (Changing Faces of our Community, Religion Vs. Culture).
With a bachelor of science degree in Human Resources Management from Minnesota State University Mankato and an honorary Doctorate of Education Degree from Riverland Community College, Mo brings both experience and a wealth of educational background to his role at Doherty.
